The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• To publish contact details of class leaders within the Classes Timetable.

• Participation in the member pages of the Liver Sketching Club website including:

  • email address, password and name for login and member profile,

  • optionally, an email address used as part of a public facing artist profile page.

 

We use the information that you have given us in order to:

• Provide publicly available class timetable and class leader contact information on the liversketchingclub.com website,

• Provide members with an area of the website for community use including member pages and shared public gallery,

• Allow members to create and maintain their own public artist profile page,

• Inform members of matters relating to the running of the club.

 

We do not share this information with any other organisation.

However, items of Personally Identifiable Information shown in the public website pages will be viewable by anyone visiting the website e.g. email and external website link on the public artist profile pages and contact information on the classes timetable.

We keep personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name, phone and email addresses), for as long as you are a member of the Liver Sketching Club and have signed up to the liversketchingclub.com website members’ section.

 

We will delete this information:

• When you notify us that you no longer wish to be signed-up to the members’ area,

• When you cease to be a member of the Liver Sketching Club,

• Or when you request that data (complete or partial) be deleted.

 

We will dispose your information, as appropriate to your request, by one or more of the following methods:

• Deleting the specific item(s) which you have requested to be removed,

• Deleting your website membership,

• Submitting a request to our Data Processor, Wix.com to delete your account and its associated Personally Identifiable Information data.
