How do I join the club?
Complete the contact form on the home page and we'll email you all the details.
Why is my user profile image loading sideways?
There is a known issue uploading some images in portrait orientation from a mobile device.
Whilst we await a fix in the Wix.com website builder, there are two work-arounds:
1. Re-take the image in landscape orientation,
or
2. Before uploading, rotate the image on your device, save it and then rotate it again so that it is back how it should be. Save again and then do the upload.
This will give the image file enough orientation information to allow the Wix.com upload widget to get it right.
